Thanks for your question.
Our current Degustation menu is as follows: Gin cured Salmon with beetroot and juniper - Soup with bread - Market Fish with apple polenta, kale, and celeriac puree - Confit Pork Belly with brussel sprouts and butternut puree - Sorbet - Chocolate Custard with Caramel Pearls.
The menu is subject to change and if there any dietary requirements, we will try to fulfill them. For dietary requirements we would need 48 hours' notice please.
