Normally, we use China Southern,China Eastern, Air China, Qantas, Cathay Pacific, Singapore airline, Air NZ, Sichuan Airline, Tianjin Airline and Hainan Airline. We don't know the airline you will be flying with until your flight tickets have been issued.We are so sorry that we don't have any discount for teenagers. The package price is same for everyone. If you book for four people, we can arrange two rooms which are close to each other for you. For more questions, please feel free to contact us.

Are most of highlights included in tour included in the price, or are they optional tours that cost extra. Also, what does it mean by "value of deal is based on current rates, which are subject to change" - basically WHAT will change after booking & payment?

Sorry for any confusion Paula; we've actually removed that condition now.
That is in place for any deals that have the usual full price listed (ie 'normally $2500 per person). We don't have this particular information on this deal so that condition is not needed :)

Hello Paula, some of the highlights are included in the package price and some are optional tours. We have 7 optional tours for this trip.

Jie. Your company cancelled my tour to China 6 weeks ago offering me an alternative date which was not convenient for us. You then agreed to give me a refund promising it would be paid yet I am still waiting for my refund and you keep delaying the date. Initially You told me two weeks then the next week now it is early October . You are not answering my emails either. When can I honestly expect to receive my refund as I am left with flight tickets to China and no tour and cannot pay for travel until I get my refund. We are due to fly out in early November
