Hello Awhina, yes you choose your departure date first and then we arrange the flight tickets accordingly. The departure date 26th April is still available.

Ive purchased and also booked on the website but there doesn’t seem to be a place for me to apply my vouchers and says the promo code is invalid. Can someone please contact me? I’ve sent an email but haven’t received a response from the holiday company

Hi. Has anyone booked a tour with Sinorama for the 7 November ? I paid for our trip in March and have just been informed 2 days ago that the tour is cancelled and with only 8 weeks to go before departure. Yet I see they are still advertising the deal for the 7 November.

Hello Deborah, we are so sorry that we didn't meet the minimum departure numbers for 7th Nov but we were happy to help you transfer to another departure date 2nd Nov. And we also confirmed with you that the whole itinerary would not be changed, but you couldn't make it on 2nd Nov.

Hi everybody. Just so we are clear on ALL the facts. I purchased a Treasures of China tour for 7 November with SINORAMA in March 2018 under the impression it was an “all go” ahead. I wanted to stop off in Hong Kong on the way home to NZ so on top of the $899 we paid an extra $600 for flights upgrades to do this . SINORAMA issued our flight tickets but did NOT tell us that there may be a chance the tour would be cancelled although they were more than happy to take our money . So, they have cancelled our tour 8 weeks out from 7 November but we are left with NON-refundable airplane tickets and NO TOUR!!! I have involved TAANZ also but apparently it’s in the small print they can cancel if not sufficient numbers for the tour but they felt they weren’t obligated to tell us this when they issued our plane tickets were n April . They have offered us $639 refund . Essentially we are stuffed as we have no tour and China is a pretty huge place to visit without a tour guide.

Hello.
We are a family of 6( 2 adults and 4 kids,16,15,15,11), if we brought tickets, would our rooms be close together and could the two 15 year olds go in room by themselves or could you accommodate a bigger room for the 6 of us to be in together ( either way is fine with us)
