Have emailed you regarding this but after ringing all day yesterday and today finally got through to book then to be told my voucher had expired and then was told that never had rooms available for that voucher and they couldn’t help me with anything else. Unsure what to do now?? I have screen shots of my phone calls made and various emails to them which they never replied to and was also promised a call back but never received - was wondering if anyone else has complained about them??
