I am looking to travel to Queenstown from Auckland but with the uncertainty of national lockdowns, if I purchase a coupon and we go into lockdown and cannot leave Auckland at the dates we booked due to national health reasons, are we able to apply for a refund on the coupon?

Hi Louise, so just confirming that there is no guarantee that refund would be given if we cannot make the booking due to a government ruling outside of our control?

We are looking at all COVID-19 related queries in a case-by-case basis - we are able to request a refund for you or to look into another solution. I am unable to guarantee that a refund would be processed at this stage however if this was requested, we would try to secure this for you.

Hi there, keen to purchase accommodation deal, however what happens if we go into Covid lockdown again, is there any refund, as this is out of my control? Or would you consider a voucher for a different date if this happens?
