Does the room have 2 separate beds? Also is it possible to put an extra bed in (ie room for 3)

I was excited about this deal as I have heard good things about the Copthorne. BUT, you need to be very careful with this voucher! I bought one and then tried to use it on dates that the hotel has rooms available on their website, but I called the 0800 and was told I cannot use a grab one - the rooms allocated for grab one have already been allocated.
That is NOT disclosed in the conditions. There are blackout dates. OK no problem. And the words, "subject to availability." To me that means, we may not have any rooms left. It does not mean, we have rooms but we won't sell them to you. To me, that is a misrepresentation.

also - when are check in times ? - are we able to leave our luggage for a few hours if we are early and on the day of leaving ?
